Ολόκληρος  ο Ελληνισμός περιμένει και ελπίζει ότι κάποιο καλο αποτέλεσμα θα φέρει κάποιος αθλητής μας στους Ολυμπιακούς του Λονδίνου. Στην Αυστραλία πολλοί ξενυχτουν όταν πρόκειται να συμμετάσχει κάποιος Έλληνας αθλητής αλλά  μάταια περιμένουν κάποια αναλαμπή..Θυμούνται το 2004, και η απογοήτευση είναι μεγαλύτερη.. Απογοητευμένος είναι και ο γνωστός συμπάροικος Γιώργος Αβτζόγλου ο οποίος σε συζήτηση που είχαμε σήμερα και μετά το ξενύχτι που είχε ,μας είπε.
-Δυστυχώς, οι ελπίδες μας για προκρίσεις λιγοστεύουν δραματικά..Και φυσικά όχι άδικα..
Είναι επομενο να φτάναμε σ αυτη την κατάσταση, αφού τα δισεκατομμύρια που ο Ελληνικός λαός ξόδεψε σε ολυμπιακά έργα και κτήρια, αντί να ανοίξουν και να καλέσουν τη νεολαία να γυμναστεί 
τα  κλείδωσαν ή τα.. πούλησαν σε  καλόγερους για να πάρουν μίζες οι νονοί και οι κουμπάροι. 
Ντροπή .. Έστω και τώρα ας ανοίξουν και ας αξιοποιήσουν όλα τα Ολυμπιακά έργα για να δούμε κάτι καλλίτερο στους επόμενους Ολυμπιακούς.."

Όλος ο πλανήτης μιλά αυτη την εποχή για τους Ολυμπιακούς του Λονδίνου. Δειτε με τί υπερηφάνεια η τοπική εφημερίδα στο Μπέντιγκο,χωριό της Μελβούρνης, παρουσιάζει ένα δικό τους αθλητη που κέρδισε μετάλλιο..

Είναι η Πόλα Μαντέλου,η Φίφη Σαραντοπούλου,και η Κατερίνα με τη Σοφία Γεωργοπούλου... 
Λαμποντας απο χαρά μας είπαν και πάλι ότι δεν βλέπουν την ώρα να τον  χειροκροτήσουυν και τη βραδυά της
 εδω εμφάνισής του.. καθώς και των άλλων καλλιτεχνών που έρχονται. 



Στους ανθρώπους της  μόδας είναι ο πασίγνωστος  Τζίμης  ''Μπάττονς" ο άνθρωπος που προμηθεύει με ΄κουμπιά και με όλα τα υλικά ρούχων  στη Μελβούρνη. ο Τζίμης ,αγαπάει τη δουλειά του μα έχει αδυναμία και στα δυο μικρούλικα χαριτωμένα σκυλάκια του που τα παιρνει παντα μαζί του. Εδω τα ετοιμάζει για την αναχώρηση απο το εργοστασιο στο σπιτι του.. γειά σου Τζιμάρα..
